Avantgarde Casino Is It Down
Current state, the 90-day outage log, and what happens to an open round when the screen goes white
The short answer
Avantgarde Casino is not reporting a site-wide outage. Last recorded check: . If it is down for you and not for everyone, the cause is nearly always a VPN, stale DNS or a cached app — the 60-second check below rules those out in order.

What happens to your bet when it drops out
This is the question everyone actually arrives with, so here it is first. The round lives on the game server, not in your browser. When a spin is submitted, the outcome is determined server-side before a single reel animates. Losing the connection halfway through means you stopped watching an outcome that had already been decided.
Reload the game and one of two things happens. Either the round has resolved and your balance already reflects it, or the game reopens on the unfinished round and lets you complete it — this is standard for anything with a bonus feature, free spins or a hold-and-spin round in progress.
Live dealer tables behave slightly differently, because there is a real table running to a real clock. If the stream drops after your bet is accepted, the hand still plays out and settles to your balance. If it drops before the bet was accepted, the bet is void and the stake returns.
If neither happens and the balance looks wrong five minutes after the site returns, open your game history, copy the round ID, and give that to live chat. The round ID resolves it in one message; describing the spin does not.
An outage does not touch a pending withdrawal either. It stays in the queue and the clock keeps running — see withdrawal times.
Diagnose it in 60 seconds
In order. Most people stop at step two.
Turn the VPN off
A VPN exit node in the wrong country trips the edge filter and returns a block page that looks exactly like a dead site. This is the single most common cause.
Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi
Switching networks in one tap tells you whether the problem is your connection or the site. If it loads on 5G, the fault is your router or your ISP's DNS.
Open it in a private window
Rules out a stale cookie or a half-cached page without you having to clear anything.
Clear the app or browser cache
A cached JavaScript bundle from a previous release will load a blank shell over a perfectly healthy site.
Check a second device
Two devices on the same network failing points at DNS. One failing points at that device.
Then, and only then, assume it is the site
By this point you have eliminated everything on your side. Come back to this page, or ask live chat from a different device.
Fixes by symptom
Page will not load at all
Almost always DNS or a VPN. Switch to mobile data; if it loads, set your router to a public resolver and flush the local cache.
Site loads, games show a spinner forever
A provider outage rather than a site outage. Try a title from a different studio — if that runs, wait it out.
Logged out repeatedly
Third-party cookie blocking or a clock skew on your device. Check that the date and time are set automatically.
Deposit page rejects everything
Check the status panel above first. If deposits read operational, the block is at your bank — see why deposits get declined.
Balance looks wrong after a crash
Give it five minutes for the round to settle, then quote the round ID from your game history to live chat.
Live dealer stream frozen
Drop the stream quality one notch. HD live tables need consistent bandwidth, and mobile handoff between cells breaks them more than an outage ever does.
Error codes, translated
| Code | What it actually means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| 1020 | Access denied at the network edge — usually a VPN or an unsupported location | Turn the VPN off and reload |
| 403 | Forbidden. Same family as 1020, often a proxy or a blocked user agent | Disable the proxy, try a standard browser |
| 502 / 504 | A back-end service did not answer in time. Genuinely the site's end | Wait five minutes and retry |
| 503 | Scheduled maintenance. Announced in advance in the account inbox | Check the maintenance window and come back |
| ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED | Your DNS could not find the address | Switch network or change resolver |
| Game error GS-104 | The game session expired while the tab was in the background | Close the game and reopen it — the round is preserved |
| Blank white screen | A cached JavaScript bundle from an older release | Hard refresh, then clear the site cache |

What players reported
Sent in by readers during and after incidents.
“Site was gone for me all morning, worked fine for my brother in the same suburb. Turned out to be my VPN still pointed at Singapore. Embarrassing.”
“Lost the connection two spins into a bonus round. Reopened the game about a minute later and it picked up exactly where it left off, free spins and all.”
“Live blackjack froze mid-hand on the 21st. The hand still settled and the win was in my balance when the stream came back. Chat confirmed the round ID without me asking.”
“Card deposits were dead for about twenty minutes but PayID went through first go. Would not have thought to try a different method if the status page had not said so.”
